The registration for the symposium has closed. Registration fees where $150 for participants & longeur/horse combos, and $50 for auditors. There are stalls available for two nights for $85 including the waste fee.

You may pay online by paypal or credit card. You may pay by cheque or cash either in person or by mail to EVA of BC, c/o Jennifer Sedler, 10555 Reeves Road, Chilliwack, BC V2P 6H4. All registration fees must be paid by 8:30am Saturday November 21, 2009.

Anyone with outsanding fees will be unable to audit/participate in the sessions for the weekend. The balance owed will remain on your account and you will be unable to purchase your 2010 membership until paid.

All Participants and Auditors must sign the release form. You may return it by email to jennsedler@yahoo.com , or have it with you when you pick up your schedule on Saturday morning at the registration desk. Participants and auditors without a signed release form will not be allowed to participate or audit.

There was is a maximum of 80 vaulters, 12 longeurs with horses, and 100 auditors.

Vaulters will be divided up into four groups and follow different session tracks over the weekend. Each of the 12 longers with horses will get to work with both Noel & Yossi. The auditors are not allowed to participate, but may be in the arena and listen to any of the session throughout the weekend if wearing their designated badge. Parents are allowed to attend the conference but must watch from the bleachers or designated viewing areas unless registered as auditors. There will be free information sessions offered for parents throughout the weekend.
