All Participants (vaulters, lungers, coaches, grooms, person responsible) must complete a MCVC Release Form and a Horse In Hand Release Form. 

One person from each club must complete a Person Responsible Form.

Rules

Every class offered herein is covered by the rules and specifications of the current rules of EC and will be held and judged in accordance with the EC Rule Book.

 

All horses attending Equestrian Canada sanctioned competitions must have met the requirements of Article A519, Vaccinations. See Rules of Equestrian Canada, Section A, General Regulations, Article A519, Vaccinations.

When warming up, training or exercising horses under saddle, riding must only be in a designated riding ring. Suitable footwear and properly fitted, securely fastened ASTM/SEI or BSI/BS EN approved protective headgear must be worn.

 

Per Article A801, every entry at an EC-sanctioned competition shall constitute an agreement by the person responsible that the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver or rider and horse shall be subject to the EC constitution and all rules of EC and any additional rules set by the competition. It is the responsibility of all individuals participating in any capacity in EC-sanctioned competitions to be knowledgeable regarding the EC constitution and the applicable rules of EC and the additional rules, if any, imposed by the competition. Do not participate in this EC- sanctioned competition in any capacity if you do not consent to be bound by the constitution and rules of EC and any additional rules imposed by the competition. Entries open February 19, 2022 and will be available online here: www.vaultcanada.org

 

Entry Deadline: March 5, 2022

  • The competition reserves the right to combine classes with only one entry, or split classes if too large. 
  • No paper entries will be accepted; all entries must be submitted online.
  • One payment per club MUST be received by the entry deadline by etransfer to [email protected] Cheques will not be accepted.
  • Release forms must be completed and received by the entry deadline. 
  • Memberships are required to be current by entry deadline, AEF, AEVA and EC sport licensing where applicable.

  • Fundamentals Class - $20
  • Walk/Trot D, C, B - $30
  • Canter D, C,B,A, AA Modified, AA - $50
  • Green Horse class - $30
  • Walk, Trot, Canter B Pairs - $50/pair
  • Canter A, AA Pairs - $50/pair
  • Walk, Trot, Canter B Teams - $100/team
  • Canter A, AA Teams - $100/team

 

Addition non recognized classes:

  • Walk/Trot/Canter Adult classes - $30
  • Beginner D Canter Individual (comps canter, freestyle walk) - $50

 

Barrel Classes:

  • Individual Level 5,4,3,2,1 - $18
  • Pairs beginner, intermediate, advanced - $35/pair
  • Team beginner, intermediate, advanced- $70/team

Stabling

All stabling costs are per horse. One horse per stall. 

Indoor Stalls 1 night $75, 2 nights $120. 

Tack stalls $110/weekend. 

Outdoor pen 1 night $40/horse, 2 nights  $75/horse

 

Stabling fees include EC drug testing fees. 

 

Camping

On site camping with hook up available for $50/weekend (only 8 spots)

On site camping without hook up available for $25/weekend (limited spots)

 

SCHEDULE

Saturday April 9th Competition starts approximately 9:00AM, ending approximately 4:30PM

Sunday April 10th Competition starts approximately 9:00AM, ending approximately 2:30

 

Covid 19 Accommodations

This is an in-person competition and all current provincial Covid Regulations will be in place.
