Please note that this is not an education/training session. It is about us discussing and finding common ground on the many issues we experience as judges. There are some very important points to discuss regarding:

• How our scoring system aligns, and where it does not align, with the FEI system; especially in terms of falls and deductions for the artistic score.
• How much of the math we expect to be done by the judges/scribes. Colin's Excel template is great for anyone comfortable with Excel and formulas, but is probably not comfortable for lots of potential judges; finding scribes who are OK with doing the math is not so easy.

We will also be doing group video judging for practice / training, with the intent of us working towards being as consistent as possible within the group.

Restricted Attendance

This event is for judges and candidate judges only. Only people who have previously paid for the judges course as a full participant are invited to this event. New judges to the program must start with the judges education weekend in March of each year.
