FEI Registration is now Online

Great news!

Equine Canada has simplified the process for renewing your FEI Registration, for those vaulters who are competing at CVIs. Instead of printing out and faxing/scanning a PDF to send to the EC office, you can now just grab your Sport License Number and password (same as your Sport License renewal) and head over to this link:


2015 World Junior Championships Update

The FEI World Junior Vaulting Championships are scheduled for August 5-9, 2015 in Ermelo Netherlands. A vaulter wishing to qualify needs to achieve a 6.5 in a CVI 2* junior or senior class and must be between the ages of 14 and 18 (2001-1997).



2015 EVABC AGM on April 12

The EVABC will hold our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 7 pm. You will be able to join this meeting by conference call, so we hope there is a good representation from all BC clubs.



New Foreign Entries Policy

The new format for entering USEF rated competitions and CVI's is in place.  Please sign up through the online registration system for the following competitions:



Canada sends 8 Vaulters to Normandie for WEG

For the first time Canada sends 2 Pas de Deux and 1 Squad plus 2 Individuals. Vaulting runs September 2-5 2014.  WEG 2014 takes place in Normandie France. Detailed info can be found at



Canada Cup CVI & Future Champions will be held May 28-31, 2015

A combined event will take place May 28-31, 2015.  This event will offer a CVI 1*,2*& 3* and The Future Champions Bronze level Show with Walk/Trot and Canter D,C & B. This event will be hosted in beautiful Chilliwack BC.  The CVI will be Thursday May 28 to Saturday May 30. The Future Champions will start Friday May 29 to Sunday May 31, with Walk and Trot classes hosted on Sunday May 31.  


Fourteen Vaulters Selected for 2014 BC Summer Games

The Horse Council of British Columbia has announced the equestrian athletes selected to compete at the BC Summer Games. Vaulting made its first appearance at the BC Summer Games in 2010 and in only 4 years it is now the equestrian sport with the largest number of qualified athletes. The record number of 14 vaulters that qualified will each represent the zones in which they reside



FEI Announces First Ever World Junior Vaulting Championships in 2015

The first Junior World Championships are planned for 2015. In the future, it is anticipated that the Senior World Championships will be held every even numbered year and the Junior World Championships will be held every uneven year.

Per the FEI website, the anticipated location is Ermelo, NED. Dates to be in early August. Events offered
should include:

  • Junior Squads
  • Junior Pas de Deux
  • Junior Individual Male and Female
