Procedure for obtaining a letter of verification for Athlete 10, 11, 12 credits

A vaulter (or their parent or coach on their behalf) may apply to the EVABC to obtain a letter of verification for Athlete 10, 11 and/or 12 credits. The secretary of the EVABC will confirm the athlete’s qualifications with a member of the EVABC Education Committee who is not the vaulters’ regular coach nor a family member.
Once satisfied that the vaulter has met the requirements the secretary will issue the letter of verification. It is the vaulter’s responsibility to then submit this letter to the school counsellor.
